STNK & BPKB Handling
The STNK & BPKB Management Requirement Documents are as follows:
- Extend Annual Tax (by the debtor himself)
The debtor may request a Letter of Introduction and a photocopy of BPKB from SMS Finance to be given to SAMSAT / POLDA related to the registration of vehicle registration and subject to an administration fee of Rp. 20,000, - (Twenty Thousand Rupiah).
- Extend STNK (by SMS Finance)
- Original vehicle registration.
- Original KTP / Photocopy of KTP. *
- Photocopy of SIUP, TDP, SK Domicile, TIN which is still valid and legalized (specifically for companies).
- Power of attorney on top of Company Letterhead with 6000 stamp and company stamp (specifically for company).
- Company Establishment Deed and Amendment Deed (only for companies) **
- Vehicle Physical Check, Engine Frame Number (specifically for 5 year renewals).
- Fill in the Application Form for STNK / BPKB (PPSB Form) Debtor Declaration Form.
- Transfer of Title and Mutation
- Original vehicle registration.
- Original KTP / Photocopy of KTP * (according to the name you want BBN).
- Copy of Family Card ***.
- Vehicle Physical Check, Engine Frame Number.
- Photocopy of SIUP, TDP, SK Domicile, NPWP which is still valid and legalized
- Power of attorney on top of Company Stamp with 6000 stamp and company stamp (specifically for companies)
- Company Establishment Deed and Amendment Deed (only for companies) **
- Fill in the Application Form for STNK / BPKB (PPSB Form) & Debtor Declaration Form.
- SPH (Letter of Waiver) if the last name of BPKB is in the name of the Company.
